Product Overview
Our O-Ring Sealed Tungsten Carbide Valve Seats feature a precision drop-in design engineered for rapid field maintenance and absolute sealing integrity in severe downhole and surface flow control applications. These seats serve as a superior alternative to traditional brazed or press-fitted assemblies, combining the extreme durability of tungsten carbide with the reliability of elastomeric static sealing.
Designed for Gas Lift Valves, Check Valves, Choke Valves, and Mud Pumps, these drop-in valve seats enable field technicians to replace worn components within minutes simply extract the old seat, replace the O-rings, and install a new seat. No heating, brazing, or heavy pressing required.

Material Specifications
We manufacture these drop-in seats using cobalt-bonded tungsten carbide (WC-Co) as our standard material. For sour service applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance, we also offer nickel-bonded tungsten carbide (WC-Ni) with materials selected in accordance with NACE MR0175 guidelines.
